Refund policy

You may cancel or change any order before it is shipped and receive a full refund. However, if you need to cancel/change/return your order after the order has shipped, please read the additional policy information below.

Returns 
Liam's Cards and Games offers a 14 day, no questions asked return policy. 

In order to return an item purchased within the 14 day period, the item must in shipped condition - meaning that the item must not be opened or have been used. Liam's Cards and Games will only accept returns of items that are returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped.

Items not available for return: 
- Gift cards 
- Digital/Downloadable software products 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or your original order number.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- An item that is not returned in "as shipped" condition may only be eligible for a partial refund, at the sellers discretion.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery 

If your item is returned to us by a shipping provider such as USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc. (due to an incorrect address or trouble finding the location, for example) any shipping costs will be deducted from the total refundable amount. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once we have received your returned item and we've had the opportunity to evaluate the return condition, we will notify you via email that we have received your return and are processing your refund (if applicable). Once a refund has been approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If for some reason you have not received your refund in the time specified above, please send an email to sales@liamscardsandgames.com and we will make sure that your request is handled appropriately and timely.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We will gladly exchange/replace any defective product that we sell according to the return policy mentioned above.

Liams Cards and Games is not responsible for shipping costs in returning/exchanging your items. Any shipping charges will be deducted from refund amounts or exchange shipping.

We cannot guarantee the delivery timing of your return and/or exchange. 

Please consider purchasing or providing a tracking service with your return shipment to protect both you and Liam's Cards and Games.
